Membership
Requirements
VCOC accepts any
person desiring to care enough about their fellow man to want to instill
worth and humor. The only requirement (for actual clowns) is to
participate in one "clowning" activity a year. We also have
volunteer work for those not interested in dressing up. All balloons for
sculpting, stickers and tattoos and clowning education are provided. Our
chief clown Crackers also has a large number of clown clothes available
for new clowns at no cost.

Assistance
After you join us
there will be a number of experienced clowns ready and willing to help with
your makeup and clown skills, e.g. face painting and balloon blowing. There
will always be someone available to you until you reach your clown comfort
level!
